As Samsung builds their own custom skin over Android, their beta programs or software updates always take some time. While a lot of Samsung devices are eligible for One UI 4.0, the beta program will ony roll out for the latest flagship phones including Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra.
Of course, OneUI 4.0 will be based on Android 12 which will also bring all of its features like the well-liked Material You design, new Privacy Dashboard, Mic and camera indicators in quick settings, Microphone & camera toggle in quick access, new Power Menu design, and much more.
