Open the Health app and tap on your account icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and Then tap on the Medical ID.

Now next step tap on Edit in on in the upper right corner of the screen and then tap on adding emergency contact. And now you can see a list of your contacts will appear, now tap on the right person you would like to add to an emergency contact.

  • Open the Health app
  • Tap on your account icon in the upper right corner on the screen
  • Tap on Medical ID

  • Now you can remove the emergency contact you would like to remove.

  • Tap Done on the right-hand upper corner.
